Wow.

Hello, journal. It's nice to see you after almost a year!

I can't believe a year went by that quickly. That's CRAZY!

And my sweet Lord, so much has happened..

Where to start...

Hmmm..

Well... I took the Fall semester off because of.. just.. everything going on in my life at that point, I just wasn't in a good place. From October-November, I did a production of The Great American Trailer Park Musical, and was reviewed on BroadwayWorld.com! In December, my best friends from TX came up here and spent 5 days with me, and we went to NYC for the weekend and just had an absolutely amazing time. I also went to Disneyworld for a week in December with my mom, also a great time.

Something happened after the holidays... I really don't know what... but I decided to start making the effort to lose weight and start eating better. In January, I cut out all fast food and soda from my diet, and I began going to the gym on a regular basis. By March I was hitting the gym almost 6 times a week, and by May I was going every day. I love working out, and I never, ever thought I would be that person who is like... a gym-junkie haha. But I've lost 73lbs and I feel, and look, better than I ever have. It feels good being healthier too heh.

I'm still working for the Y... been there a year and four months. And I'm loving summer camp. It's a blast. I don't know many people that get paid to be a big kid all day. It's great.

I did go back to school for the Spring semester, and ended up getting a 4.0! I was taking some difficult classes, too! Man! I did Biology, Geometry, Sociology and Art History! It was a serious workload! But I did it. I was never so glad to see Finals Week, though hahaha.

I went to TX for a week in June to see Amy and Valerie and had the most awesome vacation ever. It was too great for words. I had a hard time leaving. But I'm looking into the Art Institute of Dallas, and I might go there! That would be exciting.

I also got my first tattoo last week. It's a music staff on my wrist. There's a pic of it in my Deviations. I love it. And I already want more tattoos haha.

I can't think of anything else. I'm sure not many people actually read this, but I was a little bored getting ready to go to the midnight showing of The Dark Knight, and I felt like updating DA about my life over the past year!
